While we’re confident you’ll love your purchase, we understand that sometimes expectations and reality may differ. Please note that our collection features inspired fragrances that capture the essence of designer scents, though they are not exact replicas of the originals. Our expert perfumers work diligently to create beautiful interpretations that stand on their own merit. We remain dedicated to providing exceptional service and helping you discover the perfect scent that resonates with your personality and style.

Shipping

At Iconic Perfumes, we prioritize a seamless shopping experience with transparent shipping processes. We use Parcel Post Shipping (Road) with rates calculated directly by Australia Post and displayed at checkout—no hidden fees or markup.

Delivery Timeframes:

Standard delivery: 3-7 business days after dispatch
Please note: Express Shipping is unavailable due to dangerous goods regulations

Important Information:

Tasmania deliveries: We’re currently implementing new courier services to better serve our Tasmanian customers
Low stock items may require sourcing from our physical stores, potentially causing slight delays
Some payment methods (like PayPal) may take up to 10 days to process, affecting order fulfillment

Delivery Guidelines:

We recommend someone be present to receive your package during business hours
Please inspect all products upon arrival to ensure satisfaction
Incorrect delivery addresses will incur additional costs for return and reshipment

We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances can arise, and your order may be returned to us or fail to be collected. In such cases, if you request a refund, please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. This is because shipping fees are paid to the carrier for the service they provide and are not recoverable by us once the package has been shipped.

Therefore, we kindly ask that you double-check your shipping address before placing your order to avoid any delays or issues with delivery. Additionally, please ensure that someone is available to receive your package or make arrangements with the carrier for redelivery or collection.

Returns

Defective Items

At Iconic Perfumes, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a faulty item, we offer repair or replacement services subject to the following conditions:

* Claims for defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
* For missing orders, please wait 7 days after the expected delivery date before contacting us
* Please note: Disliking a fragrance’s scent does not qualify as a product defect

Change of Mind

Iconic Perfumes does not provide exchanges or refunds for change of mind scenarios, including:
* Ordering incorrect items
* No longer needing the product
* Receiving the same item as a gift elsewhere

While we’re happy to offer fragrance recommendations, we cannot be responsible if you’re unsatisfied with your selection based on our advice. We strongly recommend sampling fragrances before purchase whenever possible.

Return Process

To request a return:
1. Email us at info@iconicperfumes.com.au with your daytime contact number
2. Wait for our return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Return items within 14 days of approval

We reserve the right to decline returns if products show signs of use or damage. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, and only the product cost (not original shipping fees) will be refunded.

Payment Processing Fees

For order cancellations or approved refunds:
* AfterPay transactions: A non-refundable 6% processing fee applies
* PayPal transactions: A non-refundable 3% processing fee applies

These fees represent our actual costs and will be deducted from any refund amount.
